Land Surveying Services, LLC has been providing quality land surveying services for over twenty years. Neal Jain, founder and owner of the company, is a Connecticut Licensed Surveyor (License No. 18139). Mr. Jain earned his BA in Geography in 1981 from Punjab University, India and has been working as a surveyor since.

Land Surveying Services provides all of our services in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner. The field crews have experience in residential, commercial and industrial surveys, and construction layout. Our services include A-2 and ALTA Surveys, Property Line Surveys, Proposed Construction, Site Topography, As-Built Surveys, Septic Design, Drainage Design, Road Design, Subdivision Maps, Flood Elevation Certificates, Stake-outs for construction, Wetland Surveys, and Environmental Land Use Restriction Surveys.

We have close affiliations with several engineering firms and environmental firms. We will work with the consultant of your choice to get your project designed and constructed. Land Surveying Services maintains relationships with local Engineering Departments and utilizes the most up to date changes in zoning and building requirements. Our extensive experience and professional relationships ensure regulatory issues will be identified early and addressed with a minimal impact to your project. Our goal is to ensure your project meets applicable engineering, zoning, health department, and wetland requirements upon our first inspection.
